At the core of this organization lies Conscious Empowerment, which embodies the foundation of Rebecca’s beliefs and perspective on life. We took a poll to ask the community what they felt was missing most in business today,
and the top answers were integrity and humanity.
There’s a common misconception that if you focus on integrity and humanity, then you cap your financial potential. All too often, corrupt individuals and companies seem to rise to the top, rarely to fall, while those who do their best to play by the rules and truly care, always seem to have a ceiling they can’t quite get past.
Well those dynamics are in a paradigm we are shifting out of. It used to be that those who step on others, cut corners and choose money over humanity are the ones who get to the top. However, we are entering a new era where doing things from an altruistic perspective with full integrity and conscious humanity are rewarded.
